A platform this ambitious can't run on founder-memory forever. You own the automation and integration layer — the workflows connecting donations, community tools and the live platform — so growth doesn't mean everything breaks.

What you'll do

  • Own the automation/workflow layer end to end
  • Keep integrations between the platform, payments and community tools reliable
  • Document processes so they don't live in one person's head
  • Flag operational risk before it becomes an outage

What we're looking for

  • Operations or technical-automation experience
  • Comfort owning infrastructure without hand-holding
  • A documentation habit — you write things down

What you'll get
